During the Deep Dive we make an inner journey through yin and vinyasa yoga sessions, breathing sessions and a dive in the cold sea! But of course we will also experience the wonderful hospitality of our host and hostess. In the evening there is always time to get together during and after our meditation & ceremonies for a good conversation.
